Beginning, Tuesday, July 7, Val Coakley, RN, BSN, Orthopedic Case Manager, Mount Nittany Health, will be conducting virtual Joint Venture classes every first and third Tuesday of the month regarding hip or knee replacement surgeries. The virtual classes
will cover how best to prepare for hip or knee replacement surgery, what to expect before, during and after surgery, equipment used and plan of care, as well as the role of the patient, family and care providers in the recovery process.
Upcoming virtual Joint Venture classes starting July 7:
- First Tuesday of the month: 11:00am-12:00pm
- Third Tuesday of the month: 7:00pm-8:00pm
